Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange and/or replace products if they are defective or damaged upon arrival/unboxing. You must show proof that the product arrived defective or damaged with an unboxing video (video of you unboxing the product and inspecting the product immediately upon opening the package) If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at [email protected] with the unboxing video and we will send you further shipping instructions for exchanging or replaceming the product.
SHIPPING
To exchange or replace your product, you should email your unboxing video of the product to: [email protected] and you will receive further shipping instructions once we have a resolution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
